    The beam splitter is designed by diffractive optical method. Because the characteristic of split one input laser beam to several beams in different directions, it can greatly improve the laser processing efficiency. All the beams have the same beam size and wave fronts. Beam splitters are widely used in aesthetic application, solar cells and other laser processing area. 
    There are two series beam splitter, 1D beam splitter and 2D beam splitter. For 1 dimension beam splitter, the output beam is 1xM spots array. For 2 dimension beam splitter, the output beam is MxN dots array. The number of beam splitter is easy to customize. The beam splitters are usually worked with focusing lens, all the split beams in different directions focus simultaneously on the focal plane. 
     
    The material of the beam splitter DOE is fused silica, germanium or zinc selenide. The output spot arrangement is mainly square or hexagonal lattice. The element sizes are 5×6mm, 5×5 mm, 8×8 mm, Φ20 mm. The divergence angle varies from 5.4 ° to 64 °. 
    The delivery time of standard products is generally within 1 week, and the delivery time of customized products generally only takes 1 month.
