OAP

Highlight Optics' Off-axis Parabolic Mirrors(OAP) are available with three coatings as below: Protected Aluminum (450 nm - 20 µm), Protected Silver (450 nm - 20 µm), Protected Gold (800 nm - 20 µm) and Bare Gold. They are designed to focus or collimate broadband light. 
We provide 45 standard OAP products. The dimensions cover 1inch to 4 inches, focal length 15mm to 10 inches. The customer could choose Alignment through Holes by themselves. 
The base material of off-axis parabolic mirror is aluminum metal, the bottom of each mirror has three tapped mounting holes in a triangle pattern and an alignment hole for use with a mounting adapter. 


Off-axis Parabolic Mirrors Features
- >96% Average Reflectance Over a Broadband Range from 800 nm to 20 µm
- Surface roughness: <150 Å (RMS), customizable up to <20 Å (RMS)
- Reflective Focal Length: 15 mm to 10 inches (254 mm)
- Clear aperture: > 90% of the diameter


Main parameters of the OAP:
1) Dimensions
Standard OAP of 1 inch(25.4mm) and 2 inches(50.8mm) are in stock. Larger sizes can be customized
2) Focal length (RFL = Reflective Focal Length, PFL = Parent Focal Length)
The RFL of the standard OAP is 1 inch, 2 inches, 4 Inches and 6 inches.
3) Off-axis angle
90° Offset Angles in stock, other Off-axis angle can be customized.
4) Coating
Protected Aluminum (450 nm - 20 µm), Protected Silver (450 nm - 20 µm), Protected Gold (800 nm - 20 µm) and Bare Gold, Silver and Aluminum. UV Enhanced Aluminum is also available. 
5) Alignment Through Holes
Standard OAP’s through holes diameter is 3mm.Through Hole Orientation can be designed for Parallel to Focused Beam or Parallel to Collimated Beam.
